Only Salary might be one good reason to join this organization

Cons

If you are under US leadership/ product/service you are sucked without any reason MBM is just a lollypop, but its way of satisfying ego of management/ seniors. No ethics, manners how you senior(not management) but direct peers will talk to you. If you are not good making relationship with senior, no work is good work. Today they will say expectations are 1-10, and next day will complain that you dont know 20-infinity.

Pros

Wide variety of career opportunities in tax. Bonuses are recommended and reviewed monthly and not once a year. Supervisors of staff have direct ownership of their direct reports compensation. Work is challenging and does not become monotonous. Constant opportunities to learn more as a tax professional since Koch is invested in diverse businesses around the world. Feedback is given proactively so that employees have a understanding as to where they are at in their career and what they can do to progress to their individual goals. Good healthcare packages for different points in ones life that are affordable.

Cons

Vacation policy is not ideal.
