      Pros

      "Creative Destruction" philosophy espoused by Charles Koch is a brilliant way to run a company. Risk taking and experimentation encouraged.

      Cons

      Senior leadership did not always create good conditions for experimenting with new businesses. Responsibility for failure is put on staff rather than leaders: the Charles Koch philosophy was that risk taking should be celebrated and failure is acceptable provided the process was well executed.
