      excellent team, dont have to face project pressures all the time. , auto allowance night shift allowance thank you very much

      Cons

      remuneration is not comparable to market value. learning and progress is too less and scope is limited. hardwork goes un aprreciated many a times.

      Pros

      Company is filled with driven, talented employees. Good pay and benefits. Highly respected, employer of choice in Wichita. Fast paced environment- you will never be bored! No smokers allowed, everyone is drug tested and it is a highly secure workplace.

      Cons

      KS&T expects long hours and has limited professionial growth opportunities. You will not be getting raises or bonuses unless you are high up or a trader. The leadership does not train or mentor, often the person that puts in the most hours gets promoted, regardless of their supervisory ability. The feedback you get is only the minimum, no reviews and often only bad news.
