Pros
-Strong safety culture -Horizontal management structure -Results based compensation philosophy -Flexible work schedule in some locations -Supportive leadership Achieve results in the right way. Understanding the MBM culture is important, but less relevant if you cannot produce results.
Cons
-Immense demand requires a strong constitution -Lean organization--any turnover impacts are amplified -Some elements of the organization are resistant to change Jobs with this level of intensity will require you to have an outlet outside of work. Have a hobby you can pursue when you are away from the office.
