      Pros

      Extremely fast-paced environment will allow you to acquire a lot of skills and knowledge on accounting/tax/finance. Very social culture.

      Cons

      They preach hiring slow and firing fast. Company culture is forced on you and your progress is assessed on how you performed the first month, rather than your improvement towards the end. They follow a top-down management system, which usually doesn’t help employee growth.
