      I feel like my voice is heard and respected here. There are a great amount of opportunities to advance, and you have the ability to steer your career in the direction you want it to go.

      As with most large companies, beureocracy can get in the way of innovation.

      Pros

      Large company with a lot of different opportunities and businesses to explore. Good people and a CEO you can relate to.

      Cons

      Getting more beaurocratic as time goes on, starting to feel like big government which is opposite of Charles beliefs.

      Pros

      There are many reasons why Koch Industries is a great place to work. The philosophy of Market Based Management, the ability to drive change and innovation from an individual contributor level, the integrity and compliance and other principles by which all employees are expected to uphold, the freedom of a long term perspective.

      Cons

      It is not a cake walk, but the being able to understand the value that each role creates and the fulfillment of moving the team forward are definitely worth the effort.
