Koch is a privately held company which results in longer term decision making rather than just trying to look good for the stock market. This isn't a company that quibbles about a $5 business expense as long as it was a legitimate expense. Many good people work at Koch Pipeline which makes it rare to not get along with someone. You are typically given a lot more decision rights and freedom than most companies. They pay decent, but certainly not top scale for the industry. The benefits are typical for a company of this size.
