I would have said that your colleagues are some of the best, but most of them got let go in 2025, so it’s a shell of a company to a year ago.

Cons

The VC that bought them has slashed costs and with that removed an awful lot of knowledge from the organization. I can’t see the company lasting more than 12-18 months. It’ll either wither and go out of business or get bought for its’ IP. So many headwinds. 1, Ageing products with little investment in new. 2, Made in China, so affected by tariffs far more than competitors. 3, Digitalization, so many processes are going digital, who needs paper anymore?
