Pros

It's a paycheck and it gets deposited on time.

Cons

No raises ever. Most staff is senior citizen level and time to retire. Negative culture. To be a manager you have to be a yes man. Mostly outdated ideas, and philosophy no job security. Don't work here.

Thanks for your perspective. The manufacturing environment is both challenging and exciting – never easy. In regard to compensation we pay market competitive wages based on relevant market data from industry recognized sources. If you feel that you are not paid competitive to the market we encourage you to discuss this with your supervisor since there have been wage increases in the last couple of years. As many of our experienced employees retire from our company in the coming years there will opportunities to refresh our workforce through recruitment of new employees who will be part of transforming the culture of our company. Since the beginning of 2015 we’ve hired more than 100 people throughout the company! In addition, when employees retire this provides tremendous opportunity for growth and advancement for our current population. - Paul (Human Resources)

Thank you for your thoughts. As you know Kodak Alaris is a transforming business and we continue to adjust and change our organizations and leadership roles as we get clearer on our path forward. We feel it is the person in the role, not the job title that will help us achieve our future. Hopefully the titles are not getting in the way… - Paul (Human Resources)

Pros

The company management was very good at team building and work. The individual was rewarded for hard work, also they went off numbers of hard work to cut people. Constant Promotion to new positions on the help desk.

Cons

Realistic Goals during the time i worked there. The CEO and Upper management had a town hall, which was just saying thanks for the hard work. Side stepping a lot of questions from people. The pay stays the same even though you gain more experience.
