      Pros

      Paradise for testers as they have separate teams for black box, white box, solution testing and various other testing purpose.

      Cons

      Not a good place to work. Code is full of #defines :-) for various release versions Difficult to understand a single function due to its length and multiple code blocks guarded with #defines which are release version specific code.
