      - Great benefits (salary well above the average, bonuses, stock options, 401k match, best medical insurance) - Exceptionally smart scientists and visionary leadership - Very innovative environment - Large and bright office space - No bureaucracy

      Company in not well structured, still in startup mode.

      Nothing good. There is a special place for people like Kodiak.... Extremely rude and difficult to work with. A V O I D.

      Cons

      They hire 3rd rate people who have absolutely no idea how to do their jobs - and avoid office politics. Being RUDE gets you NOWHERE fast.
