Effort made in creating a high end feel for residents.

Cons

- census will never match staffing; a patient safety risk. -no hoyer and lots of lack of gatebelt use. Kiss your back health goodbye. -When I worked there, it was unbenefitted. You deserve access to healthcare; you’re entitled to the care you give. -they burn through CNAs -lots of upoer management has met the ceiling of the career possibilities and there’s a lot of toxic powerplays. -pericare, dental care, footcare is rare.

Understaff all the time. Not enough training was provided to the new employees specially new grad nurses. They do not care about the employees.

There really is no good thing about Koelsch

Cons

They hurt their employees and they abuse their residents on a daily basis, they are all about the cold hard cash and if your loved one suffers because of it they do not care at all! I watched this for years and at the end i started telling families everything what was happening to their loved ones reprehensible at best!There are so many horror stories it would make you cry
