Pros

You really get to bond with the residents and it’s great for those who really enjoy helping and caring for people.

Cons

When other workers refuse to do work they take the heavy work load and put it on the good workers which has been a consistent problem and caused many great workers to quit. They also don’t offer any retirement plans so it’s seems as if this job is only a place for you to simply pass through. The work load is really heavy and not worth the pay.

Awesome residents,decent caregivers at times,learning opportunities daily.Decent incentives.Really great nurses..

Cons

Little to no teamwork,Management only concern is maintaining an image to get money,horrible leadership in manegement,treatment of caregivers suck,politics and money mean more than the workers do.Alot of lies and acting goes on. Managers have no clue on proper caregiving which is poor leadership.
