      Work schedule and pay was fair. Great relationships with residents and families.

      Cons

      Company is struggling to get this location profitable due to nearby competitors. Have seen over 30 department managers and executive directors come and go within a 4 year span.

      Close to home, monday to friday.

      Employees & management are lazy & toxic, management does nothing to help you with problems, was under CA minimum wage but no point in arguing it.
