Kohl's in Highland Heights, Ohio has a very good management team, and great employees. Everyone was respectful of one another. The schedule is very organized, which is actually uncommon at other places I have worked. Over all, a great department store to work at.

There really weren't any I can think of.

Somewhat flexible with class schedule. Rewarding experiences with associates in action events. That's about all they have going for them.

They offer a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement. The company is well structured, and holds good values. Management seems to treat their people well, and HR is very easy to talk to if you need to report a problem in the workplace.

Cons

You start out at minimum wage, unless you're an MIT (manager in training), which requires a bachelor's degree in business. Raises are fairly minuscule unless you get a promotion. During the slow seasons, you may not get the amount of hours you need to survive. It's retail...
