      Corp Changes is making it hard for associates

      Pros

      Only pro I will say is being around your fellow associates and the occasional 35% discount you'll get. It's an easy job, no matter what area they put you in. Easy to become full time if position is open.

      Cons

      Changes the company made this year has made it hard for associates to do their jobs. Customer service is up front now where there's no space and always messy. Dealing with Stupid customers. Corporate cut back hours but the store is short staff.

      - Great environment/team - You definitely learn how to handle things better after

      Cons

      - Constantly felt like it was understaffed, I had to do more than was paid for - Credit card pushing to customers led me to quit, (some people just don't want it, and that's okay! we don't need to force it on them)

      1. Overworking due to understaffing. 2. Having to constantly push credit cards to shoppers by managers, even though majority of shoppers get uncomfortable once pressured. 3. They cut hours for PT workers, so some weeks I'd only work for 4 hours.
