The people there are very kind, my managers are always willing to help me and my coworkers also step in whenever I have problems

Cons

The Low minimum wage salary and the customers always get to me. The most issues that I come up with or when customers don't read the right dates for coupons and start getting frustrated and then take it out on me

-flexible hours. -management did not terminate me after so many -missed work days.

Cons

-Whenever I asked most Supervisors and or mangement a question or for advise, I would was just told whatever sounded good for business or what I wanted to hear. Like as if im being talked to as a customer, not as a real employee. -Lack of structure and organization within the work ethics, compared to other retail jobs. -Was never trained properly. (Work in multiple departments for 2 and a half years) -Caught one supervisor and her boyfriend shoplifting.
