The fellow employees were great to work with and my store, in particular, had amazing managers. Plus, the employee discount is absolutely amazing!!! When you stacked your coupons sometimes you could get 60% off!

Cons

We were ALWAYS short staffed. Around the holidays we had enough people and I was getting the hours I needed, but once the holiday season was over, the management kept too many seasonal people so those of us who were there for a while got hours cut. I went from 20+ hours a week to 4-8 a week instead.

Pros

You can stack coupons on top of your associate discount. It's an easy job to get the hang of and the pay isn't too bad considering it's just a retail job.

Cons

The work environment is very negative, and only gets worse depending on the manager. Credit is more important than customers and the managers don't care about their employees as much as they do their credit. There is lots of favoritism. Hours can either be really good or really bad. Instead of working with you to make the store better, some of the managers look down on you.
