Pros
Variety in the work. Appreciation of store management (if you have good ones). Flexibility in scheduling. Fairly well-designed systems to help you in your tasks. Every day is a busy day - making work go quickly.
Cons
Pay is below the average rate for similar positions. Training is quick, but with a supportive management, questions are welcomed. Those who work truck are not paid a premium rate for that shift (and they should be due to the hours and the physical nature of the tasks). Too much emphasis on credit applications at point of sale.
