Management is committed to making Kohl's a better place to work. They seem generally interested in making opportunities for ambitious employees to better themselves and move their careers forward.

Pros

Kohl's is a growing company in the Retail Industry. Because of this, I feel secure getting a job at Kohl's. The projects I work on are reflected immediately at the customer level of Kohl's so I know how much of an impact I have in the business. The people are friendly, my manager is amazingly supportive, and people are very flexible to work with. Hours are also very flexible. If you need to take a break for fresh air, or to pick up your kids, it's permitted.

Cons

You might have to work some odd hours, it's hard to meet people, and starting on the job can be challenging because after orientation, you're on your own for about 2 months until projects start rolling in.
