Kohl's has recognized and enhanced the skills and knowledge that I brought to the company. I really appreciate the teamwork mentality, understanding that each leader does not need to be the expert on every aspect of the business. I am given the opportunity to work on projects that play to my strengths and that I truly enjoy. I am frequently given the creative license to run with my ideas and when things do not go according to plan, the feedback I am given is always constructive.
