Pros

The company is trying to take good care of their employees during the Covid crisis. Flexibility for scheduling, accomodating of emergency changes to schedule. Discount is good, particularly when combined with other discounts. Upper management team very friendly and understanding, most co-workers and supervisors are friendly and helpful, but the ones who aren't REALLY aren't. A job you dread going to because of who might be in charge stinks.

Cons

Video training isn't enough. It just isn't. Being thrown into a work position with basically no training SUCKS. "Answer calls for this department" ok, great, where are the phones? Register seems straight-forward enough, but all the discounts and loyalty programs are confusing.

Pros

Small Discount, Clean bathrooms, Lockers with locks, Some nice Co-workers.

Cons

1 to RARELY 2 people to close each large department, Hours as 6-11pm or 8pm to 12am, Minimum wage pay, Maximum headache of customers, Bare-bone scheduled employees, Work load of 4 for 1 person, Sales associates must always ring on the register when necessary, No commission, Unpaid Lunch, 4-6 hour shifts, Dreadful music playlist, Dressing room disasters, No coverage all day to come in at 6pm to mess and pressed to hurry completion, Management delegated but never demonstrated teamwork, 16 hour work week but worked 4 days a week, VERY unrelastic goals, Unflexible scheduling, Your hours get dropped to 4 hours a week randomly, Understaffing caused over worked employees, Dead-end job, Misses, Juniors and Kids department is hard to work in, 1 to 2 sales associates cover 3-4 departments in morning hours to save payroll.
