      Pros

      The team is amazing! We work quickly so you have to be comfortable with change but there is a ton of growth opportunity on the team and at Kohl's in general. Tons of perks like onsite wellness center, restaurants, classes, and on campus concerts.

      Cons

      Centralized staffing is very behind-the-scenes so you don't get to work a ton with the candidates or stores. Some of the work can get dull but you can listen to music or podcasts and the day goes by fast.

      Pros

      %15 discount + frequent exclusive deals for employees. Nice Management Easy Interview and Weekly Pay ( In my case) Employees don’t clean bathrooms or retrieve carts. (In my area) Fun coworkers Always making sure you get a break Clear communication with managers, security, and other employees in different departments. Very good life/work balance. They stay true to what days you can and can’t work. Coworkers will be willing to take and give hours in most cases.

      Cons

      Computers were constantly out of order because they are outdated. Some employees might leave a mess after their shift. You are going to work some weekends. (Obviously, it’s retail) End of the year is chaotic. Long lines Having to explain Kohl’s cash, credit, and coupons constantly to some customers. Misunderstandings with customers can be annoying, but not awful. Standing for a long time. You won’t get a lot of hours if you don’t get people to sign up for Kohl’s credit. You won’t stay long with bad or low performance. EXTREMELY STRICT on coupons and discounts for employees. DO NOT TRY GETTING AROUND IT. Loss Prevention will know, they always know. Changing Schedule every week. Certain holidays you will be assigned hours that disregard your availability sheet.

      The company was very flexible about hours and willing to accommodate school schedules.

      Cons

      There was too much emphasis on selling the credit cards. A lot of competition between coworkers.
