Pros
I really like the associates. We developed great camaraderie. I liked participating in A Team events, helping out the community. We tried to have fun things to look forward to like football Jersey team day, potlucks, and cookouts.
Cons
No work life balance. Kohls doesn't care about employees. Benefits weren't great either. Very stressful, not enough payroll. I had surgery, they called me an hour after I got out, asking me when I can be back in. They made you feel bad for taking any time off. Store manager was also stealing time and lying about it. When the store manager was there, they stayed in the office all day making the other managers run the store.
