Cons
They wanted us to go beyond "soliciting" credit cards to the very definition of harassing the customers. When they said no, the veteran cashiers just kept asking "why?" Over and over and then try to convince their teenage kids to sign up and even suggested opening a card, paying it once, then closing it. I cannot express how bad that is for your credit. I was even told that when I am on the register my job was to get them to sign up for credit and just that. I was appalled that customer satisfaction was not the goal and that they were fine annoying almost every single person to come through the line. They lost an employee and a customer(who used to spend $100s a year there) along with my whole family in just 4 hours. Their culture is very boss and worker ant compared to a family of coworkers.
