Pros
Hours were easy. No problem scheduling time off if needed. The managers were always on hand to help with any questions that came came up. The only real pro is the employee discounts, except for the fact that many employees turned around and spent their paycheck, or a good portion, right back in the store. So I guess for some, it was a trade off, work for items rather than money.
Cons
More interested in how many credit cards or emails I received than my actual quality of work and customer service. While i didn't mind asking people if they were interested in applying for credit I was uncomfortable trying to trick people into applying for a credit card, especially one with such a high interest rate.
