      Pros

      I love the people at Kohl's. They make coming to work enjoyable. I love the strategy building aspect of my job. I enjoy working with vendors to build my assortment and work through our partnerships together. Overall, I enjoy my job.

      Cons

      The culture at Kohl's is competitive. Once management has an opinion of you, good or bad, there is not much to be done to change their thinking. Hours are not flexible, and associates are expected to work more than 45 hours a week.

      15-35% discount off of electronics and premium brands Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Associate discount not available for use on the website if you don't have the store credit card. Management does not care about taking care of you if you make purchases at the store. Their motto "Take care of the customer" does not apply when you are an associate.

      Pros

      Good pay, fun opportunities at corporate offices, decent lunch, easy enough to get through your day. Offers nice benefits, has a work out center. I made friends while working here.

      Cons

      Smelly bathrooms, horrible parking lot, extreme favoritism limits opportunities, kind of like high school. Lemming mentality. It seems like everyone is 22... I felt at least my department was poorly managed, as if they hadn't thought ahead or planned for anything. Just crossing every bridge as they came to it. And, again, the favoritism was gross.
