      Pros

      Managers and Employers are respectful and understanding.

      Cons

      Constantly push you to convince people to open credit accounts. Always understaffed. Too much inventory on the sales floor therefore it takes so long after closing to make the store look orderly. NO ability to advance. I have a bachelors in Finance and given the labor market in the finance industry I decided to work at Kohls hoping it would give me an opportunity to move on to Kohls Corporate. I have been there for 7 months and nothing has come of it.

      It is a job. I pretty much like the people I work with.

      Cons

      Pushing credit cards. Lack of respect, interaction, help, from management. Not enough hours for our store so we are often short handed.

      It's a paying job, love my co-workers, sometimes rewarding especially with customers

      Cons

      Poor hours (4-20 hours Part Time). Always pushing for a Kohl's credit card. Managers are insensitive and rude; unwilling to hear you out. Always understaffed and disorganized. Managers expect you to do 2-4 jobs every shift. For the past few weeks, I have only worked two days of the week.
