Best reason to work at kohls is the customers. Not all customers get what they want or appear happy but being able to get them to leave with a smile is the best part of the job.

Cons

Downside of working at kohls is there is no room for advancement, there are no hours available. Not a good company to work for if you're looking for a career with their limited full time opportunities available.
