-It's a job. -I'm able to pay some bills -They have cute clothes -The Yes we can policy is great! -Employee Shop Days are nice!

Cons

-Expensive -Cheap materials -Bosses treat you terrible -Refuse to hire people on full time -Minimum wage -Work hard for no recognition and for no money -38 hours one week 4 the next week -No benefits -No working your way up -No raises -Not willing to work with you on schedules -They don't give you time to be with family -Associate discount =15% but discounts for everyone else 15-30% -Rude -They talk bad about employees to other employees -Terrible Costumer Service -Supervisors act like they own the store, but don't have a clue what they're doing -The rules don't apply to everyone -the store is a filthy, messy, disorganized, trashed place where no one wants to shop..
