didn't know up front that work hours depended upon how many credit applications you can sale. the more you sign up people for credit cards the more hours they will give you. Otherwise your hours will be 5 hours -10 hours per week or if that.

The company asks a lot of the store to get more done with less. These tasks will fall on the ASM and the area supervisor to complete along with everything else we already have on our plates. It's nearly impossible to get everything done unless you are working long days. Even when you are doing all that you can do, compliments are minimal. There is always something wrong, something to do better, something forgotten. Your job is never done. Holiday season is a whirlwind. There is so much to do, you might as well just sleep there. The company says that associate engagement is very important, yet it gets lost with the ASM' s. The employees get away with a lot! I could go on forever. I don't recommend this company.
