      Most of the time an alright place to work

      Pros

      Associate discount. Especially if you have a kohls charge it's like getting double discounts Benefits even for part timers. Most of the employees and customers are friendly

      Cons

      To many coupons. Customers are very spoiled when it comes to coupons and take advantage of ones that are one per customer. Stop pushing us with getting credit and emails. Somebody like me who gets a lot in the first place should not have to be told to push it. Not a lot of people want to open another credit card. If we miss one of the steps of GREAT we get talked to. I usually do all the steps but once I forgot about the survey and was told that I forgot to tell the customer about the survey. Seriously? Give us more hours! Period! Why should one POS associate get 28 hours and another get 13 in the same week if they are not in school, have another job or anything. Makes no sense.

      Pros

      Getting to deal with all types of customers. Flex hours. Getting to do different areas in the store.

      Cons

      Having to heavily push Kohl's charge card applications, asking for Emails, Making sure you do the complete Great Speech to all customers. Told the amount of accounts and emails you need that day for your shift. Called in to office for not meeting your goals. Smile more, You talked to that customer for too long a period.

      Pros

      Decent employee discount, but not that great. If you are Kohl's charge member, then you could get more discounts on top of your employee discount.

      Cons

      Very low pay for the amount of work and type of work. Pretty sure McDonalds employees get the same pay. Employees not treated with the same level of respect as customers, when shopping as a customer.
