      Excellent compensation for Management positions.

      Cons

      Terrible Hours. Policies are too liberal for the good of the company. Customers abuse the coupons, return policy, and the "yes, we can" policy. Basically, out right stealing. As a Manager, I was often asked to "get rid" of people that upper Management didn't like. Cutting workers hours based on popularity. If you are not liked just get out before they kick you out. Extremely EXTENDED hours..Christmastime store hours are 5 am until Midnight! Too many sales changes....Early Birds/Night Owls specials on top of "Three Day Sales" on top of weekly sales! Too much emphasis on Kohl's charge cards!

      Pros

      The medical and other benefits are good, and most of the people are friendly and great to work with. Associate discount is nice!

      Cons

      Its all about who you know and whos but you kiss the best. If you are outspoken, or dont agree with something you think you will go no where in the company. To management you are completely replaceable and there is NO work/life balance....they say they are a family company but are FAR from it. So if you have a family I dont recommend it! This is speaking for the COSC in Menomonee Falls, Wi

      Not as easy as you'd think, but perks are nice!

      Pros

      Great products, flexible hours, friendly environment, nice employee discount.

      Cons

      They put too much emphasis on wanting you to sell your credit card to customers, it can be very stressful when they put goals on you with how many you need to get. Most customers already had the card, or were very assertive in not wanting one.
