Pros
Kohl's was extremely flexible with my college schedule. They gave me time off to complete my internship, as well as study abroad. Extra discounts a few times a year. 15% employee discount. It is pretty easy to transfer to different Koh's stores if want to move. Kohl's does care about their employees, and they have many programs in place to make sure that employees feel heard by upper management.
Cons
It is somewhat embarrassing and frustrating to be required to consistently push credit and email onto customers, and there is a lot of pressure, but little incentive to do so. There are NEVER enough people for the task at hand, so there is a lot of pressure but little incentive to complete a job, such as clearing the fitting rooms or tidying up the sales floor.
