      Pros

      Great people, good discounts, flexible schedules. The training is average but goes over everything you need to know, overall it's an ok sales job.

      Cons

      The biggest downside would be low wages, but you get that at any retail store. Also you have to push credit.

      Pros

      Customers LOVE Kohl's, very rare to find a dissatisfied person. Fellow associates are very kind. Management is very respectful and understanding when you explain in a reasonable manner.

      Cons

      Hours are very inconsistent and can become a hassle. Jobs of 3 people are expected to be done by one person. Often understaffed. Mid-level supervisors often run the store beyond the scope of their job title, often stepping on fellow associate's toes.

      Pros

      Easy policies to follow, there is a whole separate team for putting up sale signs which was not the case at my old job, cash registers are SO easy to use, good break room, pleasant break room, nice perks at times (breakroom snacks, magazines, casual fridays, xmas gift).

      Cons

      Unless you're willing to relocate, it seemed like there was no room to grow b/c the managers had been there for years and years. But that could have just been my store.
