      Pros

      Flexible schedules, paid weekly, scheduled out 2-3 weeks at a time, easy to get time off, approachable management, 15% discount on all merchandise and "employee shop days" where you get an additional 20% off and you can stack your coupons during the employee shop days (I saved over $1700 in one shopping trip during Christmas and spent only $284)

      Cons

      holiday hours are terrible and customers can be rather rude and messy. No motivation to show up if you are going to be late-- you are penalized the same for being late or calling in "sick"

      People are mostly friendly, It is a fun environment to work in.

      Goals are set on how many credit accounts and emails you get. Not always easy to get.

      Some of the employees are super friendly, and they try to help you.

      Cons

      some rude managers. don't like when you call off, you get "penalized" (I was sick, and the manager was super rude because I was calling off.) Had me working 6-8 hour nights back to back (I was only seasonal) Give you a thousand things to do at once, and thats fine, until they get rude because they forget the crazy list of things they had you doing, and think youre not staying on task.
