Pros

Excellent help from employees. Tend to treat other's exactly the way we were taught in training.

Cons

Management should walk the walk and talk the talk. We are trained to respect each other in training, but management falls short in this area.

Pros

The benefits are decent, and the 401K is good. They have lots of training available for personal and professional growth. They do recognize their employee's for a job well done, and they are coming up in the world of technology.

Cons

Everything seems to evolve around turnover, and human resources. So you have a proven bad seed that is sly with words and they get to keep their job because in their heads it's cheaper then hiring/training a newbie. But the people that are great at their jobs and make a mistake, and own up to it get fired at the drop of the hat because they were honest. The company turns good people into deceitful people, and it always has a hidden agenda. Whoever is up top making decisions is sloppy and sends communication out too quickly without thoroughly thinking about workload allotted or proper training. They also treat employee's in management like slaves and then pretend to want them to have a work/life balance, so in order to please we have to work off the clock and skip breaks to complete their outrageous tasks. Oh and god forbid we say anything about our workloads being too much for a 40 hour person, then they go into the spill about time management. And people like me don't help, because I work off the clock just so I can complete the job and stand out giving into the false hope I might promote one day, and then they use me as an example of time management to others.
