      Pros

      Great to work in a multiple task environment.

      Cons

      You are expected to work during your days off and Vacation. Workload is more than the reasonable number of hours a normal person can work and still be healthy.

      Pros

      if you get customers to open credits, then you are treated very nicely and given your fair share of hours the managers are relaxed as to what you do when there are no customers, as long as you are doing something if you are lucky enough, managers will treat you nice

      Cons

      SOO much need for credits, all the managers keep bugging you until you open a few not a good reward for opening credits, usually 50 cents, sometimes a dollar if the store is not busy, or if you don't open enough credits, you are put in a department to help with them

      While Kohl's is a great place to shop, and has a diverse work force, opportunity ends after you're hired.

      Pros

      The employee discount which is often doubled before the holidays is key. Request time off is usually granted. The benifits package is very good.

      Cons

      The store is top heavy with managers, there are so many they go by numbers. However even with 4-6 superivsors on duty, those who work work, and others wander, chit chat and pass the day away.
