      Tons of work, poor pay.

      Pros

      -Associate Discount -Encourages you to volunteer in your community and donates tons of money to children's hospitals. -Super Star of the month program gives you a chance to be recognised and given a little bit of extra money.

      Cons

      -Bad Pay -The only thing they really care about is if you are getting people to open Kohl's cards. -Your fitting rooms usually get out of control because you have to spend so much time on registers. -You aren't usually recognised for doing a good job.

      Great place to shop, Terrible place to work.

      Pros

      You will get plenty of exercise as you run around picking up after customers. The discount is pretty good also.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 60-70 hours per week, with little to no appreciation for the hard work put in. You will also have to chance to try and get high school kids to get off there cell phone and do some work. However the most fun if closing the store with 2 people when 5-7 people are needed for the job.

      you might make some good friends :)

      Cons

      Management is horrible and they show a lot of favritism, promoting people when they don't deserve to be promoted. Rarely get any feedback about how you are doing but the managers have no problem telling everyone else about your mistakes. too much gossip floating around and the managers are huge contributors
