Pros

I was an employee here for a while, while I was a college student. This was a great job, I learned alot and was able to make great connections with my employees.

Cons

Now I believe that hours are cut, so it was hard to get a full 40.

Not a lot of training or clear communication

Pros

I like the people I work with! Friendly and no drama. Everyone is almost in the same boat. People help each other out.

Cons

No clear training. You're just thrown to it for the most part. They also aren't clear what they're expecting of you. For example: if you're a seasonal cashier and you don't hit their Credit Card sign ups, they just drop your hours but won't tell you why. A regular employee had to explain that to me. If they want to see people succeed, they should tell them how. They are also obsessed with credit card sign ups. To the point of exhaustion. Managers and leads will breathe down your neck to sign people up, and most people hate being pushed to open a credit card.
