      Pros

      They have an app for the schedule and are good about getting the schedule out on time with no revisions. If you're a person who cares about name brands, they sell mostly name brand clothes, so the employee discount may be useful for you. You can also stack discounts/coupons and the clearance prices are pretty good.

      Cons

      The best way I can describe the work culture here is "cult-like." All the employees seem unnaturally happy to be at work all day long, The managers are blabbing over the radio to all the employees about "providing the best service for our customers" and "having the best store for our customers." Some of the employees are like territorial dogs. If you go into "their" department, they will bite your head off for being in "their" department, despite management's direct instructions for EVERYONE to recover all departments. If a customer decides on a whim that they think you blinked at them wrong or hey just simply don't like you, they will lie to managers that you were outrageously rude and with no proof and no witnesses, management will automatically believe them and treat you like a criminal.
