      - Pays well - Some of my coworkers are awesome - Work I do is interesting enough

      Cons

      - Understaffed - No promotions in sight - Leadership (At manager & VP and above are not great) - Too many leaders who should have stayed as individual contributors - The burnout is real, more work than physical bodies who can accomplish it.
