Pros

It's a busy atmosphere, never boring.

Cons

Never enough payroll to get the job done properly. Higher management expects perfection, yet it's hard to do with so few people. If every associate was a "10" things could and would get done properly, however, that's not reality.

Provided a great learning experience in terms of customer service, people management, time management and work ethic. Provided good compensation, especially for entry level candidates. Provided an excellent benefits package

Cons

Zero work/ life balance Does not provide you with very valuable skills to excellent your career path The company upholds unrealistic expectations of all employees There is a huge disconnect between the corporate side and the store side It is physically impossible to run a store with the amount of payroll and employees corporate will allow Overall, the company does not appear to value its employees, especially on the store side
