great pay and benefits for single folks, Family plans are expensive, rest of the package is great though

Cons

Too many changes impacting all levels in IT, forced out a lot of good people out the door for the previous 3 restructures.

The people and talent. Kohls does a great job hiring the best but doesn’t do a good job at keeping them.
