Not the Kohler You Think

Pros

Getting to engage with customers and design solutions. You will operate with little oversight but that comes at a cost.

Cons

Shifted commission structure twice within a year for employer gain, no performance bonuses as stated in contract at hire, “unlimited PTO” because weeks will regularly exceed 45+ hours due to lack of hiring in target regions, quick training and communication inconsistencies at the root of needless errors (sometimes at the customer’s expense), and high ranking leader that openly engaged in anti-LGBTQ statements making an uncomfortable environment.
