Great co-workers. You can be proud of their products.

Cons

It's not what you know, it's who you know. There are definitely "select" people that get the training, promotions, money and who's opinion is valued. Upper management does not listen to or care about employees. They say they do but when it comes down to it you're a number. Lots of training for good processes that you never use in "real life".

Pros

Good associates, beautiful facilities, best intentions. Great public / customer rapport. Nicely located and lots of golf and beaches near there.

Cons

Less than ideal development process, don't always achieve the best end result. Really have an excellent impression until you start to peel the onion. I've seen more nervous wrecks in this place than anywhere I've worked. Very high turn over of the good ones.

Branding Exposure and Recognition, Large Company, Great Training Ground

Cons

Politics, Scrutiny, Micro-Management, There is a process for everything even if there is no need for a process. The company does not value creativity and base decisions based on history and past practices. Compensation system is poor and not designed pay based on skill and competency.
