      Good pay and benefits, insane turnover

      Pros

      Kohler was fine in terms of pay, room for promotion and benefits.

      Cons

      The plant has extremely high turnover and is constantly training new crew members, which can be frustrating if you're the one with seniority. Also, the nature of the work and chemicals involved isn't for everybody.
