      Honestly can't think of many right now.

      Cons

      Return to office even if you live 50+ miles away. Hired hundred of people that live all over Milwaukee Green Bay and Appleton. Cherry on top is they are also trying to say we need to be in from 8-5 even with an hour+ commute. Moral is extremely low and Kohler is certainly not listening to their employees and their needs. Claiming renovations of the main building to make work environment better but the only renovations done have been the executives office area.

      Pros

      Corp HR deletes any post they don’t like to ensure only positive comments and brand image. Dig deep in these reviews to understand the real culture and problems at Kohler. It’s a family run company who are involved in every decision with heavy red tape.

      Cons

      Beware: mandatory in office requirement of 4 or 5 days a week effective 1/1. Anyone hired in remote roles will be laterally stuck if they don’t relocate and have no room for promotion.
