      Hours aren't that great or guaranteed. Not enough people work to handle customer size so a lot is asked.

      No cons. Good employees training programs, safety orientated, good capex planning and project management, quality orientated, good standards and procedures. Friendly work environment.

      Pros

      Private company that owns many different products ranging from toilets to engines to furniture. Good place to move around and try different things and stay at the same company.

      Cons

      Their hiring process is horrible. They are notorious for taking very long times to hire or even contact someone for an interview. Can be very frustrating.
