      Kohler Hospitality is good for a side job.

      Pros

      Good perks and discounts. Good for people who just need another job on the side for extra cash.

      Cons

      To much work for small pay. No benefits. Understaffed. Poor management. No or Rear recognition. No opportunities to grow, unless you came as a coordinator/manager. Casual worker stay in their positions for years without growth.

      Small Team Size : Chance of Growth Good Culture - Within CAE teammates excluding Manager

      Cons

      In CAE, you work like a shared asset, who works simultaneously with number of Units at the same time. At the time of hiring, the profile mentioned differs drastically from what you actually do after joining. Casual Professionals hanging around you. No On-Site

      Pros

      Lots of "extras": Company picnic, appreciation events, after work social hours, community involvement, team building activites. Saw lots of opportunities to explore other areas of the company with project work. Good merit increases.

      Cons

      Personally had no opportunity for advancement. Like many companies during the economic down turn, positions were consolidated and even when things improved many were fulfilling roles previously completed by multiple employees.
